- Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeit of deposit.
- Failure to show to your appointment will also result in forfeit of deposit.
- Appointments can be changed without penalty if greater than 24 hours notice is given.
- If you cancel your appointment online outside of the 24 hour notice period please contact us regarding the refund of your deposit
