Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeit of deposit.

Failure to show to your appointment will also result in forfeit of deposit.

Appointments can be changed without penalty if greater than 24 hours notice is given.

If you cancel your appointment online outside of the 24 hour notice period please contact us regarding the refund of your deposit

I went for a consultation with Zoey yesterday and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the experience. She was incredibly thorough and took so much time to really listen to my concerns, understand what I was hoping to achieve and carefully assess the areas that were bothering me.What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or upselling. Zoey was honest about what she felt I did and didn’t need, and her approach was very much about achieving my goals slowly, carefully and naturally rather than trying to do everything at once.She even made time for me later that day to begin my treatment and put together a full plan for the coming month so we can work towards the results I want gradually and safely.I left feeling genuinely listened to, understood and really confident that I was in good hands. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much time and care with their clients. I’m so grateful for Zoey’s advice and already looking forward to continuing my treatment with her. I have had several treatments now at TFP, microneedling with Michelle and PRP with Cass. From the girls at reception to the clinicians, the whole team were friendly, warm, and knowledgeable.
