At That Face Place, we know that every face is unique — and so is every concern. For most of our clients, it’s not about changing how they look, but about feeling more confident, refreshed, and in harmony with their features.
Whether it’s subtle changes in your skin, structure or overall expression, we’re here to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and how we can support you with thoughtful, evidence-based care.
This section breaks down the most discussed areas of concern we see in clinic. Each page offers insights into what may be changing, what we look for in a consultation, and how we approach each area with precision, care, and a whole-face mindset.
Lines, creases or heaviness in the upper face.
Crow’s feet, puffiness, or a tired-looking appearance.
Volume loss, sagging or reduced contour and definition.
Hollowing, deepening of smile lines, or loss of support under the eyes.
Marionette lines or a downward pull around the mouth.
Dimpling, under-projection or imbalance in profile.
Softening, early jowling or loss of jawline definition.
Creasing, skin laxity or texture changes in the neck.
Changes to lip volume, shape, and hydration can happen subtly over time.
For clients seeking a gentle, holistic refresh across multiple areas.
We believe in education, in taking the time to understand your facial anatomy, and in building trust with every client we meet. Our treatments are subtle, personalised and grounded in science — not sales.
You won’t find one-size-fits-all plans here. Just honest conversations, expert assessments, and tailored treatment pathways designed to support your features not change them.
New regulations from Queensland Health require all cosmetic injectable clinics to have a Medical Director overseeing prescribing and dispensing of medications.
To comply with these changes, from 1st September a $25 prescribing/dispensing fee will apply to every cosmetic treatment that requires prescription medication. This fee is added to your deposit and will be added to your treatment total at checkout.
The fee will be added onto every cosmetic treatment- with the exception of review appointments. Skin treatments not requiring prescriptions remain exempt.
We appreciate your understanding as these changes are driven by new healthcare regulations, not by us. Our priority remains your safety, compliance with medical standards, and delivering the high-quality care you expect.
