That Face Place is a collaboration between two expert cosmetic injectors, Registered Nurses Kate Gonzalez and Zoey Madden.
Nurse Kate and Nurse Zoey have a combined aesthetic nursing experience of over 20 years. Nurse Kate and Nurse Zoey have collectively performed tens of thousands of injectable treatments, on a variety of clients from all age groups and demographics. Their volume of experience, combined with extensive ongoing education, ensures that they are both highly qualified to assess, plan and perform a comprehensive range of treatments with a wide range of products.

KATE GONZALEZ RN
Kate holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Paramedic Practice. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2008 and has been specialising in aesthetic injectable treatments since 2009. Kate’s advanced cosmetic injectable training was completed under the supervision of world renowned plastic surgeon, Dr Michael Miroshnik in Sydney, Australia.
Kate has a passion for education and has previously worked for Allergan, manufacturer of the world’s leading injectable products, as a Clinical Specialist. In this role she traveled across Australia providing hands on training for Doctor and Nurse injector colleagues.
Kate has a friendly approach and a calm demeanour, combined with a sound understanding of facial anatomy and the ageing process. She loves to create impactful yet natural looking results for her clients. During your consultation, Kate will conduct a thorough facial assessment, listen to your concerns and desired outcomes, and provide customised and strategic recommendations. Her special interests include facial rebalancing, corrective work, and total face rejuvenation.
When not at work Kate loves to spend time out and about with her young daughter, Scarlett.
ZOEY MADDEN RN
Zoey completed her Bacheor of Nursing at the University of Technology Sydney in 2005. Zoey specialises in the art of non-surgical facial rejuvenation and completed her Advanced Cosmetic Training in 2014. She brings a deep understanding of facial anatomy to her work at That Face Place.
Zoey loves to take her clients on a facial rejuvenation journey, and has a special interest in total face rejuvenation treatments combining multiple treatment modalities. She regularly attends training sessions to ensure she can deliver the safest and most current techniques. Zoey’s friendly, relaxed nature and approachable manner allows both new and existing clients to feel immediately at ease.
During your consultation, Zoey will listen to what your concerns are and suggest suitable treatment options. She will provide you with an honest opinion, and set realistic expectations. She will educate and empower you to make the right decisions for your own personal facial rejuvenation journey.
Zoey moved from Sydney to the Gold Coast in 2016 and has no plans to leave. When she is not at work, Zoey loves to dine out, and spend time at the beach or one of the Gold Coast’s many parks with her children, Alfie and Lucy.
